Higher usage, new models, and credit-based pricing

We're introducing several changes to help you get more power and flexibility from the Generate API:
- Increasing usage caps to 50/generations/user/day (read more) .
- With the new Ultra pricing tier in Gamma, you can now access even more powerful image models (read more).
- Ultra users can also generate up to 75 card-long gammas (read more).
- To enable flexible usage and powerful models, we're introducing a credits-based pricing system (read more).
